The staff here was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we loved our modern and new room with stylish furniture.

There were climate control, flat-screen TV, and a microwave in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The staff were very, very nice and supportive all the time😀👍

I loved the magnificent location of this place and my fairly quiet and spacious room, had a really great stay with 2 friends.

The room we stayed in had a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV, perfect for chilling out after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was well-equipped with a hairdryer and a refreshing shower. We also loved that the room had air conditioning, keeping us cool during the hot summer days.

The only downside for us was that the room didn't have a microwave. But hey, not everyone needs one, right?

During my stay in Naples, I had the opportunity to experience the convenience of staying at B&B Annunziata Dream. As a frequent traveler, I value locations that offer easy access to transportation options, and this hotel certainly fulfilled that requirement. The fact that it is located near both a train station and the Napoli Piazza Garibaldi, which is a mere 10-minute walk away, made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city. the proximity to Capodichino, which is only 10 km away, was a major plus for a traveler like myself.

While B&B Annunziata Dream provided excellent accommodations and convenient location, it is worth mentioning that the surrounding area can feel a bit run down. There were a few undesirable people hanging around, which might make some guests feel uneasy.

The room was spacious and clean, with a great shower. Antonio was very helpful before and during our stay. The location was central, close to the train station, restaurants, and bars.

Felt so relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

Loved feeling like a sardine in a can with the cleaning lady barging in while we were getting dressed. And who needs privacy, right?

Great B&B for a Naples getaway

The location of this B&B was fantastic - right in the center and close to everything. It was just a few streets away from the central station, which made traveling around the city very convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, with a modern and updated feel. The service provided by the host was exceptional, as he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had a great experience. The small extras like complementary juice and water in the fridge were a nice touch.

The breakfast provided was basic, consisting of packaged croissants and fresh cake. It would have been nice to have some additional options like fruit or yogurt.
